Zoom is reporting intermittent outages during peak usage times. Some users may not be able to connect to Zoom meetings using dial-in numbers. So far, dial-in numbers in Japan and New York (+1 646-876-9923) have reported outages.
The link below gives alternate phone numbers that you can try if you are dialing in to a webinar and are unable to connect.

Learning Continuity Plan in Case of LMS Outage
To prepare:
- At a minimum, please download all of the syllabi for your courses and add an alternate email address and updated cell phone number to your profile in Populi no later than Sunday at 11:59 pm.
- Use the Everyone: Be Prepared and Learning Continuity Plan pages at the CORE Library for additional guidance.
If outages do occur in the LMS, the CGI Knowledge Base and email will be our primary means of keeping you informed. The CGI Knowledge Base will post a banner across the top that will alert you to any outages and what we are doing to manage the situation. The CORE Library's website will serve as our alternate means of disseminating information.
